Roey Yohai's documentary work focusses on Slow Food - traditions in food cultivation or animal husbandry that are disappearing in this age of mechanization.  All over the world traditions going back centuries are slowly vanishing.  This long term project aims to shed a light on some of them before they are never seen again.
